Business Coach & Strategic Advisor

After more than two decades leading organizations and teams, building businesses, and solving complex problems, I’ve learned that business ownership can be surprisingly lonely. There aren’t many people you can trust with the whole picture. Someone to talk through the hard decisions, offer an objective perspective, challenge your thinking, or help you grow from owner-operator into the CEO your business needs.

My background includes entrepreneurship and business consulting, corporate strategy and organizational change management, five years as a turnaround CEO for a national non-profit, and more than 25 years of military leadership. I also hold an MBA from Texas A&M University.
